Delivery Information

The term for the delivery of the ordered goods, for which payment has been received, to the address specified by the user, is from 24 hours to 4 working days, after receiving confirmation of the order, and the term can be extended on public holidays and/or holidays days, with the period of non-working days. In all cases, a delay in the specified delivery terms is possible, for which the user should be promptly notified by WWW.LIFI.BG.

The delivery of a product, which at the time of the order is not available in LIFI stores, for which payment has been received (except for the cases where the "Cash on delivery" payment method is selected), to the address specified by the user, is from 24 hours up to 14 working days after receipt of confirmation of the order, and the period can be extended on public holidays and/or weekends, with the period of non-working days. In all cases, a delay in the specified delivery terms is possible, for which the user should be promptly notified by WWW.LIFI.BG.

The delivery of the ordered goods is carried out in the manner chosen by the User and according to the specified terms. WWW.LIFI.BG reserves the right to extend the specified terms by up to 7 (seven) days, without informing the Users in advance, and to extend the terms by more than 7 (seven) days with the prior consent of the User who requested the delivery.

The price for delivery of ordered goods with a total value of up to BGN 200 / for non-discounted products / is paid by the User and can be up to BGN 50 (fifty BGN) for the whole country, depending on the type and size of the product, the delivery address and the number of products in the order. The price of delivery costs is automatically calculated in the order value and is indicated under the information about the ordered item.

* When purchasing goods and/or services from the WWW.LIFI.BG website, worth more than BGN 200 / for non-discounted products /, delivery is free for the User, regardless of the type and size of the goods, the delivery address and the number of the products in the order.

When placing an order for a purchase from the online store, in the "Remarks" section, the user has the opportunity to specify a convenient day for delivery, and WWW.LIFI.BG adjusts the delivery to the user's preferences, of which the user is promptly notified.

When placing an order for a purchase from the online store, the User has the option of choosing the option to receive the goods "Pick up from the store", where he can receive the goods ordered by him from the LIFI STORE commercial outlet, of his choice. In the event that there is no availability in the selected store, WWW.LIFI.BG transports the desired product to the selected commercial outlet, providing the User with the opportunity to choose between two delivery options:

Express delivery within 24 hours (on a working day) for orders under BGN 100 total value (if the request is made before 4:00 p.m.) - a courier fee of up to BGN 50 is payable. Express delivery for products on value over BGN 200 / for non-discounted products / BGN is free.
Regular delivery - the service is free for the User. The ordered goods are available within 4 working days at the selected commercial outlet, and the User has the opportunity to receive them on site within 10 working days after the date of delivery. After the expiry of this period, the order will be automatically cancelled.

WWW.LIFI.BG may request additional confirmation from the user for the order placed, including by phone, e-mail. In the event that the User refuses to provide the information requested by WWW.LIFI.BG, the refusal to provide it leads to the automatic cancellation of the order with or without further notification to the User.

LIFI BULGARIA EOOD has no obligation to assemble and install the delivered goods.

Delivery of purchased goods from LIFI BULGARIA EOOD takes place until:

Door of an apartment or office for buildings put into operation with act model 16, with a working elevator, allowing the devices to be taken up.
Door to a yard, for houses with a yard or next to the door of a house for houses without a yard, to which there is a passable road;
Entrance to a residential building when it has not been put into operation with a model act 16 and/or there is no working elevator, as well as in any other case not covered by the above conditions.

WWW.LIFI.BG is not responsible for delivery delays due to circumstances beyond WWW.LIFI.BG's control, such as delays by the courier making the delivery.

Upon delivery, the goods should be carefully inspected by the User and/or a person authorized by him. In the event of external visible defects - possible damages, impacts and other damages detected during delivery, the User should sign a damage report in the presence of the courier, in which he describes the detected defects and immediately notify WWW.LIFI.BG on tel. 0879 555 766 .

Upon acceptance of the delivery by the User without objection, all and any subsequent claims for external visible defects of sex

the learned goods appear unfounded and as such should not be satisfied. In the event that a damage report is not prepared and signed in the presence of the courier upon receipt of the goods and/or the user does not immediately notify WWW.LIFI.BG on phone 0876 539 395, the same loses the right to bring the detected external visible defects accordance with the contract of sale.

If an incorrect or incorrect address, contact person and/or phone number are specified when submitting the request, WWW.LIFI.BG is not responsible for inaccurate execution of the order as a result of incorrect information submitted by the User.

When handing over the goods (except in cases of delivery of goods on payment), the User or a third party previously indicated by him must sign the accompanying documents. A third party is considered any person who is not the holder of the application, but accepts the goods upon delivery to the delivery address specified by the User.
In the event that the User is not found within the deadline for delivery to the address specified by him and/or access to the delivery address is not provided, WWW.LIFI.BG is released from its obligation to deliver the requested goods and the User loses the opportunity to order goods to be delivered to him by him.

When the delivered goods clearly do not correspond to the ones requested for purchase by the User, and this can be established during a simple inspection of the delivered goods, the User has the right within 48 hours to request that the delivered goods be replaced with a product corresponding to the purchase application made by him goods by notifying WWW.LIFI.BG of such a request by phone 0879 555 766 or email:burgas@lifi.bg

WWW.LIFI.BG reserves the right to choose / change the subcontractor performing the delivery, without being obliged to inform the User in advance, as long as this does not reflect the method and term of delivery.

WWW.LIFI.BG makes deliveries through a subcontractor/s only on the territory of Bulgaria.
